How to Request Data Deletion
If you have used our WhatsApp tech support service and wish to delete your data, please follow these steps:
- If you logged in using a third-party platform (e.g., Facebook), please visit that platform's app settings to remove our app.
- Alternatively, if you wish to request a manual deletion, please send an email to support@yyvox.com with your account details.
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
Additional Provisions
By requesting data deletion, you acknowledge that our service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we assume no responsibility for any damage to devices or harm resulting from following our instructions. Our jurisdiction for all matters related to this agreement is Jerusalem, Israel.
Payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe. All transactions occur on their secure platform.
